Payment and Delivery

Payment 
Payment options:  Bank transfer, Ideal, Sofort Banking, Paypal, Creditcard  etc.

Cancel an order
If you want to cancel your order after payment, you must let us know immediately! Once the painting has been registered at the shipping company, we can no longer cancel the payment. 

Artwork XL reserves the right to cancel an order if the price of an item is not correctly quoted on the website.
Paintings are available from 600 euros. If in doubt, please contact us.

 


Duration to shipment
It takes 3-5 days to send an artwork after payment is received. Your artwork is always sent registered and insured.
Artwork XL ensures that all necessary documents are included for international shipments.


Packaging
The paintings that are framed are packaged in a different way than the paintings without a frame.
We securely pack all paintings in archival paper, layers of bubble wrap, waterproof film and a firm cardboard box.

Track and Trace 
Every painting is sent with a track and trace code, so that you can follow your purchase at any time.


Shipping costs
Artwork XL ships your painting for free, without any shipment costs.

Please note: Import duties may be levied at customs (by a government agency) in the destination country, once the shipment is shipped from/to a country outside the European Union. These costs are always for the buyer.

Artwork XL is not responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, etc., which apply in the country of shipment.
These costs are for the buyer and cannot be recovered from Artwork XL.

Please make sure you know the legislation and regulations that apply to your country before placing an order.


Damage to the package
All paintings are packed so well and safely that it is almost impossible that they arrive damaged at your destination. If you do see damage, when your package is delivered, you can reject the shipment as [damaged - return to sender] or you can mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to closer inspection]. Please submit the claim immediately. You should also keep all boxes and packing materials. Please note the tracking number of your package, description of the damage and the value of the package.

Take clear photos of the damaged package and send them to info@artworkxl.com giving a clear explanation of the situation.
Together we will come to a solution and Artwork XL will go through the next steps with you.
