Cancel your order
If you want to cancel your order, you must let us know immediately! Once the painting has been registered with the shipping company, we can no longer cancel the payment.
Artwork XL reserves the right to cancel an order if the price of an item is not correctly quoted on the website.
Paintings are available from 600 euros. If in doubt, please contact us.
14 Days cooling off period
Artwork XL will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the artwork.
If you are not all satisfied with the artwork then please return it to us in the original packing. You can read here how to handle.
Returns
If you wish to return any artworks purchased from Artwork XL they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
You are responsible for insuring the item during shipping and need to return it in its original state and packing to Artwork XL.
Make sure that the painting is packed in the same way as you received it to avoid any damage. See the instruction videos here.
Please note that we don't take back artworks, when:
- Canvas gets stretched or framed
- It is commissioned work
Follow these steps for a successful return:
1. Register your return via info@artworkxl.com and wait for approval of return by Artwork XL.
2. The artwork must be packed in its original condition and original packaging.
3. Enclose the return form with artwork in a well-sealed box.
4. Take photos of the well-sealed box as proof of correct shipment.
5. Place the address of artwork xl over the shipping label on the top of the box.
6. Returns must be send with a Track&Trace code and insured.
7. Take the package to a parcel service and keep the shipping receipt.
8. Mail the shipping receipt and Track&Trace code to info@artworkxl.com
Refunds
Only returns with approvement from Artwork XL will be refunded!
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your artwork without giving any reason.
You must send the artwork back within 14 days after informing Artwork XL.
Please note, not all costs are refunded by Artwork XL!
The following will not be refunded:
1. The shipping costs and insurance for returning the painting to Artwork XL.
2. Additional costs incurred, such as taxes and customs fees.
Claims
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the quality of the product or if you have received the wrong product, Artwork XL will resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact us to explain your claim.
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to info@artworkxl.com within 7 days after you have discovered the defects.
