Artwork XL makes every effort to act and communicate with you in the right way. If you are dissatisfied with something, please let us know.
We recommend that you first make your complaint known via info@artworkxl.com and then we will look for a good solution together.

• Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within 7 days.

• Complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
  
  

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
